Who, and What, is PalClub?

We are a local group of building contractors who are serious about quality and good value.  Our Mission:

1. To help  building owners find solutions to their building challenges, and contractors they can trust

2. To help good contractors find quality customers who appreciate value

3. To enlist entrepreneurial types who want career alternatives in helping us make those connections happen.

How We Work

  • PalClub qualifies Contractor Teams based on various measures such as licenses, insurances, financial health, workflow processes and customer reviews. Once this vetting has completed we begin to promote them heavily.

  • One of  the most exciting features of PalClub is our Players' Referral Network, where PalClub members who've signed up as Players get paid for referring our member Contractor Teams to others needing service!

We verify license-holders, confirm current insurances, speak with management teams, review sales and warranty practices.  Then we speak with past customers.  Our mission is  to present honest, quality-minded contractors and service  providers to our members.

Paul Johnson

Founding Pal

My name is Paul Johnson. I've spent a career in construction and building services, and am past leader of Fire Sprinkler Industry Best Practices, a joint initiative of the National Fire Sprinkler Association and the Canadian Automatic Sprinkler Association. My work experience ranges from several years of swimming pool construction as a subcontractor when I was a kid, to a career in fire protection installation, management and sales, and several years assisting a roofing contractor with management and sales. I also spent some time in financial services. I am a
journeyman sprinkler fitter and I hold a
Graduate degree in Business Administration from Rollins College (Winter Park, FL). I started Bardane in 2004 to help small and mid-sized companies successfully grow their
businesses.

Dana is one of the reasons PalClub was born.  As a parent of high-level travel athletes she is always looking for ways to generate additional income to cover the many costs associated with travel sports and education.  Dana is driven to help more parents and others seeking additional income to realize  their objectives through participation as PalClub Players.
