Company Story

Jeremy Whitman is founder of POLK ROOFS LLC, Florida Roofing Contractor License CCC1332593.  The company was started in October 2018. Jeremy is a Florida native, raised in Polk County. He started his roofing career as a laborer, advancing to apprentice, then supervisor, then job superintendent and estimator.  Those years of  experience enabled him to not only pass the contractor licensing exam, but also to establish and run a profitable company.  Jeremy is present on his installations, a characteristic that is common among PalClub team owners but is definitely not the industry norm. This is a significant trait that helps ensure higher levels of quality on all installations. 

The company is well versed in asphalt shingle, metal, low-slope and tile roofing for both residential and commercial applications.  Inspection, repair and maintenance services are also available.  All technicians are trained in the work they perform (shingle, metal, tile and low-slope applications) and the company enforces a strict No Drugs policy.
